I arrived at Changi International Airport (Singapore) early in the morning. Not arrived in Vietnam!
Eventually, The flight CA928 was delay more than 4 hours (dep. KIX at 6pm). So CA903, going Hochimin was aleady closed.
Asked alternative way to go to Ho Chi Minh City, and had a ticket (Flight Interruption Manifest) . Beijing to Singapore by CA, then Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City by SQ. Expect to arrive Vietnam at 10:45.
